.
finally it would seem that proceedings
into the government's use of the emergencies act will go through after all recall that earlier it was reported that the commissioner heading the inquiry into truder's use of the Act was undergoing surgery and that out a degree of fear in the hearts of Canadians who thought that something fishy had gone on behind the scenes and that truno may not but the confirmation that trugo will testify about his government's use of the ACT show that proceedings are still it was reported that the public order emergency commission headed by former Ontario Superior Court Justice Paul Rulo would be in hearings this week and it was also said that about eight cabinet members including Justin Trudeau will be summoned for Testaments as part of a witness list some of the other cabinet members who will be summoned are the controversial Public Safety Minister Marco Mendocino and Deputy Prime Minister Christian Freeland the witness list also includes leaders of the freedom Convoy protest including those who are currently facing criminal charges that her CMP the Ottawa Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police meanwhile the lawyers involved in the case are getting busy gathering evidence to support their clients Kia vilson who is the lawyer representing Tamara leech amongst other protesters said that he was presently Gathering evidence in form of texts and phone records which show that the organizers of the protest had agreed to remove their trucks from ottawa's downtown core before the emergencies Act was invoked the lawyer also said that his clients haven't been scheduled to testify yet they were told to get ready to take to the stands and testify as early as next week Tuesday meanwhile the hearings are scheduled for the 13th of October to the 24th of November this year it will be important to note that the list of witnesses for the October hearings which is available to the public is only a preliminary one and the commission has said that it would not release the full list until next week Michael tansy who is a spokesman for the commission said in an email and I quote that the commission has provided a preliminary list of witnesses to parties that have standing the list is not final and was provided to parties on a confidential basis I won't get into details about the reason the media gave protruder's use of the emergencies act because we have heard it one too many times and secondly it may not even be the truth of the matter and I will tell you why or rather remind you why recall that at the time when the Act was invoked by Trudeau and his gang the mainstream media his most loyal puppets carry the news that Trudeau had done it to quell the protests by the truckers and Canadians who were opposed to the covid-19 vaccine mandates but information released around the time Trudeau was told he would be investigated by the public commission shows something of a different nature as regards the government's reason for invoking the ACT in the month of August it was revealed that on the night before the emergencies Act was invoked Trudeau was met by his National Security and intelligence advisor Jody Thomas who told a prime minister that there was a potential breakthrough in talks with the protesters who were at the time protesting in ottawa's downtown core the documents that revealed this also showed the minutes from three meetings of the incident Response Group a committee of ministers and Senior officials chaired by Trudeau it was also shown that the committee had been discussing the possibility of invoking the act as early as the 10th of February which was four days before Trudeau actually invoked the emergencies act on the side the fact that Trudeau chose to invoke such an intimidating act against peaceful protesters on the 14th of February Valentine's Day can be said to be Testament to how Loveless and hardened the man is but that is a story for another time at that time Thomas had noted that the gains by the law enforcement agencies were significant and that there was hope that the protest could be ended without the use of violence his statement formed part of notes that had other parts of them it was also reported in that same month that Marco Mendocino had said that negotiations with the protesters were led principally by the city of Ottawa and were ultimately unsuccessful meanwhile Trudeau went on to invoke the emergencies act less than 24 hours after receiving the information of a potential breakthrough in negotiations from Thomas at this point I remember what Biden said about the new Italian Prime Minister in previous video on the channel and I cannot help but think that it is Trudeau who is a threat to democracy and he has been a threat ever since he first won the general elections in 2015. how the prime minister of a well-respected country like Canada can undermine democracy and the rights of the people and try to get away with it still baffles me I'd only hope that the public orders emergency commission and Rulo would be fair enough to give the numerous Canadians who were adversely affected by Trudeau's action the Justice they deserve and the Prime Minister the punishment he so rightly deserves recall also that in a bid to defend their actions the government frantically began bringing in reasons for their actions and they were of course supported by the mainstream media Freeland the Deputy Prime Minister said that she was in contact with fintrack having expanded the organization's anti-money laundering and terrorist financing rules to Target donors to the freedom Convoy and ultimately freeze the bank accounts of those who supported the Convoy she also went on to label the protesters as terrorists and those who supported them financially as terrorist financiers at the time Freeland made a threat and I quote do not doubt our determination to act to defend our democracy to defend our economy and to restore peace order so let me repeat what I said on Monday if your truck is being used in these protests your corporate accounts will be frozen the insurance on your vehicle will be suspended the consequences are real and they will bite it's time for meanwhile as she said this probably hoping to receive support from the fintrack she was ultimately disappointed just like how disappointed Mendocino must have felt when the police denied his statement that they had approached the government so Trudeau would enact during a public safety committee meeting the deputy director of intelligence at fintrack Barry McKillip said and I quote what's happening in Ottawa has not been to my knowledge identified as ideologically motivated violent when McKillip was then asked if he was bothered as regards potential funding of the Convoy he said this and I quote know the sources of funding that we have seen today we have not seen a spike in as you know and I can't speak to specific reporting or reporting on any individuals or organizations but we have not seen a spike in suspicious transaction reporting for example related to the freedom Convoy in Ottawa with all these is funny that Trudeau said he anticipated the hearings and was Keen to give evidence supporting why he I mean what evidence would be tangible enough to beat the accusations leveled against him and even the documents about the potential breakthrough of negotiations how does he hoped to beat that meanwhile Canadians have since shown their support for the protesters of the freedom Convoy an internal report that was presented to the cabinet under the title continuous qualitative data collection of Canadians views showed that Canadians supported the protest and believed that Trudeau's government overreach when it invoked the the researchers behind the report said and I quote those small number of participants felt implementing the emergencies Act was a necessary step given the disturbance caused by the seemingly indefinite nature of the protests most felt this action represented significant overreach by the federal government as they interpreted this as limiting the right of these Canadians to peaceful protest they also said a significant number identified with the frustration expressed by the protesters regarding ongoing Public Health measures even if they disagreed with some of the methods the polls also showed that Canadians about the protest was largely peaceful and an exercise of the right of freedom of expression the report said among participants who were supportive of the protests and their aims it was felt the protests had been mostly peaceful and that these individuals had the right to express their opinion while some were hesitant to condone the disruption caused by the protests most of these participants felt the aim of the protest of ending covid-19 mandates was justified and something they too supported when it came to the steps the government took to stop the protest which included freezing the bank accounts of those involved some Canadians were anxious that such power was given to the police in the words of the analysts some participants were particularly unmirrived by the reports of protesters and their supporters having their bank accounts Frozen and expressed anxiety at law enforcement being imbued with his power they continued by saying a few expressed a growing lack of trust in the federal government which they felt was limiting the rights of Canadians to protest in a peaceful Manner and were concerned the emergencies act could be used routinely going for war to limit public dissent besides these there were those who were opposed to protest and the analysts made this known when they said across all groups a roughly similar number of individuals spoke negatively about the protests as those who expressed support with several others more uncertain it was also said that in addition several participants believe coverage of these protests and media had been almost entirely one-sided and portrayed the demonstrations in a disproportionately negative light these polls have shown that Canadians are awake and fully aware of what the government has done regarding the circumstances surrounding the emergencies act and despite the fact that the Legacy Media has attempted to distort the story by presenting false news Canadians know the truth about what hence it will be interesting to note what Trudeau would give as his Testament when he is called up by the commission to give his reasons why what do you think about Trudeau saying that he relishes the opportunity to present evidence to the commission to justify his action of invoking the near obscure emergencies act do you think the man has a card of his sleeve please leave your thoughts on these and on the video in the
